- Divide the work plan into departments within the governorate it belongs to.
- Supervise the promotion of the company's books advantages and products.
- Supervise market research to increase the customer base of teachers.
- Supervise recruiting new teachers.
- Follow up on the teachers' database in the area corresponding to each representative.
- Conduct technical interviews for the representatives.
- Continuously train the representatives.
- Receive and review the reports related to the representatives.
- Prepare a daily report covering (the representative's movements and the number of visits to teachers and send it to Customer Service).
- Send monthly evaluations of the representatives and the work plan (weekly and monthly).
