Required qualifications:
✔ 3 to 6 years of experience in collections and accounting.
✔ Strong communication and negotiation skills.
✔ Ability to follow up with clients and complete collection procedures effectively.
✔ Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office programs.
✔ Ability to perform fieldwork and visit clients when needed.
✔ Holding a driving license is an added advantage.

Job responsibilities:
• Monitor outstanding invoices and payment due dates.
• Maintain regular contact with clients to ensure timely collection of receivables.
• Visit clients and follow up on field collection procedures.
• Prepare periodic reports on the status of collections and delinquencies.
• Reconcile client accounts and resolve any financial discrepancies or inquiries.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure continuous updating of collection data.
