Roles & Responsibilities

Organize Sports Activities: Develop and coordinate a variety of sports and recreational programs for different age groups and skill levels, including team sports, fitness classes, and educational workshops. Manage Events: Plan, organize, and oversee both large and small sports events, such as tournaments, competitions, and recreational activities. Engage with Guests: Interact with guests and participants to ensure an enjoyable and positive experience. Motivate and encourage participants throughout the activities. Promote Activities: Advertise and promote sports activities through various communication channels, such as bulletin boards, social media, and newsletters. Provide Training: Offer training sessions and guidance to participants, including teaching new techniques and improving performance. Manage Equipment: Ensure that all necessary sports equipment is maintained and readily available for use. Monitor Performance: Observe and assess participant performance and provide constructive feedback to enhance skills and overall experience. Coordinate with Other Teams: Work closely with other teams, such as health staff, service providers, and administrators, to ensure smooth coordination of activities.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications

Education: A degree in Physical Education, Sports Management, or a related field.

Experience: Previous experience in organizing sports activities or working in similar environments is preferred.

Skills: Strong communication skills, ability to motivate others, and good organizational abilities.

Technical Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of sports and safety procedures related to them.

Ability to Work Under Pressure: Ability to handle changing conditions and solve problems quickly and effectively.
