Develop and implement sales strategy. Lead and manage the sales team. Expand customer base. Maintain key accounts. Monitor sales performance. Coordinate with Operations and Customer Service. Achieve company sales targets. Report directly to top management
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s Degree is a must. Previous experience in a Freight Forwarding Company or Shipping Line is mandatory. Strong knowledge of international freight forwarding, import/export, and logistics services. Strong leadership skills. Existing customer portfolio is preferred. Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills. Ability to develop sales strategies. Experience in managing sales teams and achieving targets. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Alexandria residents only.
