Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Specialist role based in El Mansoura. The Sales Specialist will engage with prospective and existing clients, present agency services, and follow up on leads to convert opportunities into successful sales. Daily responsibilities include conducting client meetings, delivering product and service presentations, preparing proposals, and maintaining accurate records in the sales system. The role involves collaborating with internal teams to align offerings with client goals, providing ongoing customer support, and gathering feedback to improve services. The Sales Specialist will also participate in training sessions, contribute to sales strategies, and help achieve individual and team targets.
Qualifications
Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written interactions with clients and colleagues. Customer Service abilities to manage client inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain positive long-term relationships. Sales expertise in prospecting, negotiation, and closing deals, with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets. Training and Sales Management capabilities to support onboarding, guide team members, and contribute to sales process improvement. Proven experience in a sales or client-facing role, preferably in an agency or service-oriented environment. Basic proficiency with CRM tools and office software for managing leads, opportunities, and reports. Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple accounts and priorities. Relevant diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
