We're hiring For a well-known UK-based multinational company for a Polish-speaking Cold Caller.

Key Responsibilities Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective customers in the Polish market. Introduce the company's products/services and identify customer needs. Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for the sales team when required. Build and maintain positive relationships with potential clients. Accurately update customer information and call outcomes in the CRM system. Meet individual and team KPIs related to call volume, lead generation, and conversion.
Requirement Fluent Polish speaker. 1+ year of experience in cold calling, telesales, telemarketing, or outbound sales. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently in a remote environment. Familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage.
