Role Description The Senior Medical Representative (Giza) is a full-time, on-site role responsible for promoting Pharco’s pharmaceutical portfolio to healthcare professionals within the assigned territory. This role includes scheduling and conducting regular visits to physicians, pharmacists, and healthcare institutions to present product information, clinical data, and value propositions. The Senior Medical Representative will build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers, respond to inquiries, and provide ongoing support to ensure customer satisfaction and trust. Daily tasks include achieving sales targets, monitoring market trends and competitor activities, and preparing timely reports on visits, sales performance, and feedback from the field. The role also involves organizing and participating in medical events, product presentations, and educational activities to strengthen Pharco’s presence and reputation in Giza.
Qualifications
Strong Medical Sales experience with a proven track record in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector. Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to engage healthcare professionals and build sustainable relationships. Solid knowledge of Medicine and Pharmacy principles to understand product profiles and explain clinical benefits accurately. Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Science, or a related healthcare discipline. Ability to work independently in the field, manage territory priorities, and meet or exceed sales targets. Good command of English and Arabic, both written and spoken, and proficiency in basic MS Office tools. Valid driving license and willingness to travel within Giza and nearby areas as required. Previous experience as a Medical Representative in Giza or surrounding regions is an advantage.
