We are looking for a senior Agricultural Engineer with 10 Years of experience to lead our leafy greens production (Iceberg lettuce, Romaine, Broccoli) for export
Role Overviewwill be responsible for managing the full production cycle-from nursery to harvest Ensuring high yield, premium quality, and compliance with Europe standard
Key Responsibilities• Lead and manage all field operations (nursery → harvest)• Design and implement precise fertigation programs (ppm / EC / p H)• Optimize drip irrigation systems and water efficiency• Apply advanced IPM programs• Ensure compliance with Global G. A. P & export specifications• Monitor KPIs (yield, quality, cost) and report performance• Lead, train, and manage farm teams
Requirements• 10+ years of experience in leafy greens (especially Iceberg lettuce & broccoli)• Strong background in export farms or European export standards• Advanced knowledge of fertigation, EC/p H control• Leadership and operational excellence• Experience with quality systems & traceability. Integrated pest Management (IPM)
Industry Experience Farming Agriculture Fresh produce On site work
Education Bachelor's Degree in Agriculture (B. SC) Essential
