Main duties of a driver:
Safe driving: driving the vehicle efficiently and adhering to traffic rules and applicable regulations at all times.
Transporting goods/people: delivering goods, equipment, or people to their designated destination on time.
Regular maintenance: performing basic vehicle checks (oil, fuel, tires, etc.) and addressing any minor issues.
Route planning: using maps and apps to determine the best routes and avoid traffic congestion.
Timeliness: ensuring adherence to scheduled delivery or pickup times.
Loading and unloading (if necessary): assisting with loading and unloading goods when needed.
Cleanliness: keeping the interior and exterior of the vehicle clean.
Alertness: continuously monitoring the road and weather conditions to ensure safe driving.
Professional handling: earning the client's trust and dealing with them politely, especially when transporting passengers.
Compliance with documents: ensuring the validity of vehicle papers and the license.
