Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and present innovative landscape design concepts that harmonize with the environment and meet client specifications.
- Conduct site assessments and analyses to identify ecological factors and existing site conditions that inform design decisions.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and urban planners to integrate landscape solutions within multidisciplinary projects.
- Create detailed plans, drawings, and specifications using advanced software tools like AutoCAD and SketchUp.
Desired Candidate Profile
Mandatory Skill: Hands-on experience in Revit/BIM software
Technical Skills (where applicable): Strong proficiency in Revit/BIM, AutoCAD, and other relevant design and modeling software.
Preferred Experience: Large-scale landscape projects, hospitality developments, mixed-use developments, public realm projects, parks, and luxury residential developments.
Industry Background: Architectural Firms, Landscape Consultancies, or Interior Design Companies.
