Roles & Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and design innovative interior spaces tailored to client needs, ensuring functionality and aesthetics are balanced.
- Conduct detailed site assessments and collaborate with architects and contractors to ensure designs are feasible and compliant with building codes.
- Create detailed floor plans, furniture layouts, and material specifications using advanced design software to visualize the final outcome.
- Source and select furnishings, textiles, and finishes that align with the client’s vision and budget, maintaining a focus on sustainability where possible.
Desired Candidate Profile
Mandatory Skill: Hands-on experience in Revit/BIM software
Technical Skills (where applicable): Strong proficiency in Revit/BIM, AutoCAD, and other relevant design and modeling software.
Preferred Experience: Large-scale landscape projects, hospitality developments, mixed-use developments, public realm projects, parks, and luxury residential developments.
Industry Background: Architectural Firms, Landscape Consultancies, or Interior Design Companies.
