Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain accurate 3D BIM models for infrastructure projects, ensuring adherence to project standards and LOD requirements.
  • Collaborate with BIM coordinators and project teams to integrate discipline-specific models and resolve clashes effectively.
  • Extract and present data from BIM models for quantity take-offs, cost estimation, and construction scheduling.
  • Create detailed 2D drawings, plans, sections, and elevations from 3D BIM models for construction documentation.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Mandatory Skill: Hands-on experience in Revit/BIM software

  • Technical Skills (where applicable): Strong proficiency in Revit/BIM, AutoCAD, and other relevant design and modeling software.

  • Preferred Experience: Large-scale landscape projects, hospitality developments, mixed-use developments, public realm projects, parks, and luxury residential developments.

  • Industry Background: Architectural Firms, Landscape Consultancies, or Interior Design Companies.
