Key accountabilities and decision ownership:
*Prepare and follow up technical and material submittals till obtaining approvals from the Engineering consultant.*Prepare engineering calculations, designs and value engineering proposals and follow up with the Engineering consultant till obtaining approvals.*Prepare workshop drawings, technical proposals, and construction method statements with construction personnel and till obtaining approvals from the Engineering consultant.*Generate project-specific custom Revit families and BIM templates and content, as needed.*Prepare quantity survey reports and material takeoff and coordinate with the procurement team the delivery of relative items in a timely proper manner.*Provide a range of drawing production work including problem analysis, layout, modelling, detailing, drafting, and coordination with other disciplines on project of substantial variety and complexity.
Must have technical / professional qualifications (knowledge & Skills): · Previous experience for not less than 4 years· Bachelor degree of Civil Engineering.· Excellent Command of English language.· Auto CAD, Revit, Microsoft office, HUP, Elite & SAP. Negotiation and Communication skills
