Job Summary

The Presales Manager leads the technical pre-sales activities and collaborates with sales, product, and engineering teams to align customer requirements with compelling solutions. You will craft tailored demonstrations, respond to RFPs, and guide customers through the evaluation and decision-making process, helping to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the presales cycle from discovery to closure, ensuring alignment with customer needs and enterprise goals Develop and deliver persuasive demonstrations, workshops, and proof-of-concept pilots that illustrate value and ROI Collaborate with sales and solutions engineers to craft winning proposals and response to RFPs Create technical content including architecture diagrams, solution designs, and competitive analyses Maintain deep product knowledge and stay current on industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities Guide the customer in evaluating technical requirements, risks, and integration considerations Mentor and coach junior presales team members, maintaining high professional standards and best practices Partner with product and engineering to influence roadmaps based on customer feedback and market demand

Required Qualifications

5-8 years of experience in presales

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in enterprise software, cloud platforms, or cybersecurity solutions Proven track record of leading successful presales engagements that result in large-scale wins Strong presentation, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills Experience with competitive analysis and RFP/RFI responses Familiarity with architectural diagrams, integration patterns, and security considerations
