Medical & Aesthetic Center Operations Manager
Location: Heliopolis, Cairo, Egypt Employment Type: Full-time
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of a medical and aesthetic center. The role will ensure smooth service delivery, operational efficiency, team coordination, patient satisfaction, and compliance with internal procedures.
Requirements
* Minimum 5 years of operations or center management experience.* Proven experience managing a medical, dermatology, aesthetic, beauty, or wellness center is essential.* Strong leadership, problem-solving, scheduling, and customer-service skills.* Ability to manage reception, patient flow, staff performance, suppliers, inventory, and daily reporting.* Medical education is not required; relevant operational experience is mandatory.* Based in or able to work from Heliopolis, Cairo.
