The Process Specialist provides front line technical and scientific expert support for all process-specific issues to ensure execution of processes on-time (business continuity), in compliance to cGMPs, SOPs and applicable guidelines and functional standards (e.g. HSE, NOSSCE) and to allow continuously improving in quality and productivity efficiency.
Job Description
Major accountabilities:
Execute process validation.
Troubleshoot and improve process (product).
Participate in root cause analysis in case of deviations, problem solving as well as process improvement.
Coach personnel through the Lean manufacturing.
Support improvement for line efficiencies.
Participate in product transfers and new introductions.
Review and approve the manufacturing documents (e.g. filled batch record, deviation reports, logbooks etc...) within a process unit to ensure continuous operational running.
Encourage, evaluate, assist and implement the continuous improvement ideas to achieve productivity improvement within the process unit.
Responsible for day-to-day implementation of cGMP, HSE, DI & Novartis guidelines within the operational units.
Handling process complaints and deviations to ensure timely and accurate investigation and feedback.

يقدم أخصائي العمليات الدعم الفني والعلمي الخط الأمامي لجميع القضايا الخاصة بالعملية لضمان تنفيذ العمليات في الوقت المحدد (استمرارية الأعمال)، بما يتوافق مع cGMPs وSOPs والارشادات والمعايير الوظيفية المطبقة (مثال HSE، NOSSCE) وللسماح بالتحسين المستمر في الجودة وكفاءة الإنتاج.

المسؤوليات الأساسية:
تنفيذ تحقق العملية.
استكشاف الأخطاء وتحسين العملية (المنتج).
المشاركة في تحليل السبب الجذري في حالة الانحرافات، وحل المشكلات وكذلك تحسين العملية.
توجيه العاملين من خلال التصنيع الرشيق.
دعم التحسين لكفاءات الخط.
المشاركة في نقل المنتجات والتعاريف الجديدة.
مراجعة واعتماد مستندات التصنيع (مثلاً سجل دفعة مملوء، تقارير الانحراف، دفاتر السجل، إلخ) ضمن وحدة عملية لضمان تشغيل مستمر.
تشجيع وتقييم ومساعدة وتنفيذ أفكار التحسين المستمر لتحقيق تحسين في الإنتاجية ضمن وحدة العملية.
المسؤول عن التنفيذ اليومي لـ cGMP وHSE وDI وإرشادات نوفارتس داخل الوحدات التشغيلية.
التعامل مع شكاوى العملية والانحرافات لضمان تحقيق التحقيق والاستجابة في الوقت المناسب وبشكل دقيق.
