Job Summary We are seeking a qualified Site Architectural Engineer – Finishes to supervise and manage all architectural finishing works on-site. The successful candidate will ensure that finishing activities are executed according to approved drawings, project specifications, quality standards, and project schedules while coordinating with consultants, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities Supervise all architectural finishing works, including plastering, painting, flooring, ceilings, partitions, doors, windows, marble, stone, cladding, waterproofing, and joinery. Ensure all finishing activities comply with approved shop drawings, specifications, and quality standards. Monitor daily site activities and ensure work progresses according to the project schedule. Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and other engineering disciplines. Inspect completed work and prepare snag lists, ensuring timely rectification of defects. Review and interpret architectural drawings and resolve technical issues on-site. Conduct material inspections and ensure approved materials are used. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports. Verify subcontractor work quantities and assist in preparing progress payments. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Participate in project handover and final inspections. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Architectural Engineering.3–8 years of experience in architectural finishing works. Experience in residential, commercial, administrative, or -use construction projects. Strong knowledge of finishing materials, construction methods, and quality standards. Ability to read and interpret architectural and shop drawings. Excellent communication and coordination skills. Proficient in Auto CAD and Microsoft Office; Revit is an advantage.
