Role Description The Head of Training and Development with a medical background will lead the design, implementation, and evaluation of training programs for clinical and non-clinical staff at Groovy Aesthetic Clinics. This full-time, on-site role based in Heliopolis involves assessing learning needs, creating structured development plans, and ensuring that all staff are trained to meet Groovy’s medical and service standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and delivering training curricula, coordinating onboarding programs, updating training materials in line with medical advances and regulatory requirements, and monitoring performance improvements. The role also oversees succession planning initiatives, supports employee engagement through continuous learning opportunities, and collaborates closely with medical leadership and clinic management to maintain consistent, high-quality client care. Qualifications Demonstrated expertise in Training & Development and Employee Training, with the ability to design and deliver targeted learning programs. Experience in Training and Succession Planning, including building career paths and leadership development frameworks. Strong background in Employee Engagement, with the capability to foster a learning culture and enhance staff motivation and retention. Medical background (e.g., degree in medicine, nursing, or allied health) and familiarity with aesthetic, dermatological, or wellness services. Proven experience in a training or L&D leadership role within healthcare, aesthetics, or related clinical settings. Excellent communication, presentation, and coaching skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams. Strong organizational and analytical abilities, including evaluating training outcomes and implementing continuous improvements. Proficiency with training tools, learning management systems, and basic office software; fluency in English, with additional languages considered an asset.
