Restaurant Manager
Role Summary
The Restaurant Manager is responsible for the overall performance and success of the restaurant, including operations, team leadership, service quality, and profitability. This role requires a hands-on leader with strong attention to detail, a service-first mindset, and a deep understanding of premium hospitality.
???? Key Responsibilities
Guest Experience & Service Ensure flawless, personalized guest service at all times. Act as the face of the restaurant during service hours. Handle guest concerns or complaints promptly and professionally. Maintain ambiance, cleanliness, and service standards. Operations & Administration Oversee daily restaurant operations, opening and closing procedures. Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations. Monitor inventory and coordinate with purchasing to ensure supply consistency. Collaborate with the kitchen to manage food quality, menu specials, and service flow. Team Management Recruit, train, and supervise front-of-house staff (hosts, waiters, runners, bar). Schedule shifts, manage attendance, and evaluate team performance. Lead pre-service briefings and ongoing staff development. Foster a motivated, professional, and guest-oriented team culture. Financial Performance Monitor daily revenue and cost reports. Meet or exceed targets for revenue, guest satisfaction, and staff performance. Control operating costs, wastage, and labor budgets. Process daily cash-up and reporting procedures.
✅ Requirements
3–5 years experience in restaurant or hospitality management, preferably in a luxury or fine-dining environment. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Fluent in English and Arabic. Excellent knowledge of POS systems, restaurant software, and MS Office. Deep understanding of premium guest service and attention to detail. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. High personal standards for presentation, behavior, and service culture.
