Key Responsibilities Assist in selecting and purchasing fashion products that align with customer preferences and market trends. Support the buying team in preparing seasonal product assortments. Follow up with suppliers regarding pricing, product samples, and delivery schedules. Monitor inventory levels and help ensure the availability of best-selling products. Conduct market research to identify emerging fashion trends and customer demands. Prepare reports on sales performance, stock movement, and product analysis. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. Fresh graduate or entry-level candidate. Strong interest in fashion retail and market trends. Good communication and basic negotiation skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and demand trends. Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and reporting.
