Roles and Responsibilities\: -
· Preparing of preliminarily base design drawings as Main SLD, R&M SLD, Interlock Principal, DC system, AC system, etc.
· Preparing base design calculations as DC package calculations, AC package Calculation, CT sizing, VT sizing, etc.
· Preparing Detailed design drawings for control and protection panels.
· Preparing the bill of material for control and protection panels.
· Preparing the tentative LV control cables BOQ.
· Review of Junior & design engineer works.
· Attending FATs.
· Participate in evaluation of Junior & design engineers
· Technical support at site.
· Provide technical support for the Junior & design engineers
· Contacting and following up suppliers.
· Reading the contract.
· Attending meetings with other departments and suppliers.
· Issue Manufacturing Release.
· Finalize Purchase Request & Purchase order.
· Coding.
· Preparing log file.
· Following up and complying schedule and agreed milestones
الأدوار والمسؤوليات\: -
· إعداد رسومات التصميم الأساسية الأولية كـ SLD رئيسي، SLD R&M، رئيس Interlock، نظام DC، نظام AC، إلخ.
· إعداد الحسابات التصميمية الأساسية كحسابات حزمة DC، وحزمة HVAC، وتحديد سعات CT، VT، إلخ.
· إعداد رسومات التصميم المفصّلة للوحات التحكم والحماية.
· إعداد قائمة المواد للوحات التحكم والحماية.
· التحضير لجدول كابلات التحكم منخفضة الجهد الأولي.
· مراجعة أعمال المهندسينJunior و التصميم.
· المشاركة في FATs.
· تقديم الدعم الفني في الموقع.
· المساعدة الفنية لـ المهندسينJunior والتصميم
· التواصل والمتابعة مع الموردين.
· قراءة العقد.
· حضور اجتماعات مع أقسام ومورّدين آخرين;
· إصدار أمر الشراء النهائي وتوريده.
· الترميز.
· اتباع وتحديث الجدول الزمني والإنجازات المتفق عليها
