Roles & Responsibilities

We are hiring a Fleet Operations Manager to oversee fleet operations, maintenance, and performance for heavy trucks, loaders, forklifts, and other heavy-duty vehicles. The role focuses on ensuring fleet reliability, minimizing downtime, controlling maintenance costs, and maintaining compliance with safety and operational standards. Key Responsibilities Manage daily fleet operations and ensure equipment availability and efficiency. Develop and implement preventive maintenance and inspection plans. Supervise workshop activities, spare parts inventory, and repair processes. Monitor fleet utilization, fuel consumption, maintenance costs, and downtime. Ensure compliance with safety, transportation, and environmental regulations. Investigate breakdowns and accidents and implement corrective actions. Lead and develop fleet operations and maintenance teams. Coordinate with logistics, operations, procurement, and safety teams.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or related field. Minimum 10 years of experience in fleet management, maintenance, or logistics. At least 5 years in a senior leadership role. Strong experience with heavy trucks, loaders, forklifts, and heavy-duty vehicles. Strong knowledge of workshop management, maintenance planning, and spare parts control. Excellent leadership, problem-solving, budgeting, and reporting skills. Very good command of English. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and fleet management systems.
