Role Description The Credit and Collections Specialist will manage customer credit profiles, monitor payment behavior, and ensure timely collection of receivables for the company’s real estate portfolio. Responsibilities include reviewing and assessing creditworthiness, setting appropriate credit limits, and following up on overdue accounts through professional communication with customers and internal stakeholders. The role also involves reconciling customer accounts, preparing aging reports, identifying high-risk accounts, and recommending actions to reduce bad debts. The specialist will collaborate closely with finance, sales, and customer service teams to resolve payment disputes, maintain accurate documentation, and support process improvements in credit and collections. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Qesm El Sheikh Zaid.
Qualifications

Strong credit management and finance skills, with experience in assessing credit risk and managing collections. Excellent analytical skills for reviewing financial data, payment histories, and account reconciliations. Customer service skills to handle inquiries, resolve disputes, and maintain positive, professional relationships. Clear and effective communication skills for interacting with clients and cross-functional teams. Experience in real estate or property development credit and collections is highly beneficial. Proficiency in MS Excel and financial or ERP systems; familiarity with reporting tools is an advantage. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under time-sensitive deadlines.
