Belimo Egypt is seeking a Regional Application Consultant (RAC) to lead our specification activities with MEP consultants while managing and developing our Sales Engineering team. This hybrid role combines advanced HVAC application expertise with sales leadership, ensuring Belimo solutions are correctly applied, specified, and promoted across major projects in Egypt.

Key Responsibilities
Application & Specification (50%)
- Promote Belimo’s full portfolio: airside, waterside, sensors, and digital solutions
- Conduct CPDs, design reviews, and technical workshops
- Secure Belimo specifications in HVAC designs and tender documents
- Provide advanced application support (VAV, Energy Valve, hydronics, Delta‑T optimization)
- Build strong relationships with top MEP consultants and engineering firms
Sales Leadership (50%)
- Lead and coach a team of Sales Engineers
- Review pipelines, forecasts, and opportunity qualification
- Support strategic deals with contractors, OEMs, and distributors
- Ensure technical accuracy and solution alignment
- Drive CRM discipline and reporting quality

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering
- 6–10 years experience in HVAC, MEP consulting, or field devices
- Strong understanding of hydronics, airside control, and building automation
- Proven experience in specification selling
- Leadership experience managing technical sales teams
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
