Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Support representative located in Cairo. The daily responsibilities include providing exceptional customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining phone etiquette, and enhancing the overall customer experience. The role also involves handling technical inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and delivering solutions efficiently to meet client needs.
