Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Telesales Specialist role located in Giza. The Telesales Specialist will be responsible for engaging potential and existing clients via phone, identifying their needs, and promoting the company’s training programs. Daily tasks include building strong relationships with clients, handling inquiries, providing exceptional customer service and support, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves coordinating with the team and following up on leads to ensure customer satisfaction and goal-oriented outcomes.
Qualifications
Strong customer service and customer support skills with the ability to handle inquiries and resolve issues effectively Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse clients professionally Proven experience in sales with the ability to achieve and exceed targets Familiarity with training programs and processes is an advantage Ability to work as part of a team, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively Proficiency in using CRM tools and other sales-related software is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
