The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising site activities, coordinating with subcontractors, ensuring compliance with project specifications, and supporting the timely delivery of construction works while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.Supervise daily construction activities on site and ensure work is executed according to approved drawings and specifications.
- Monitor project progress and report any delays or issues to the Project Manager.
- Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal departments.
- Review technical drawings and resolve site-related technical issues.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and project requirements.
- Conduct site inspections and prepare daily and weekly progress reports.
- Verify quantities executed and support project documentation and records.
- Monitor material usage and site resources to optimize project performance.
- Participate in project meetings and provide technical support when required.
