Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position for a Project Manager based in Alexandria, Egypt. The Project Manager will oversee the execution of real estate development projects, manage resources, and ensure timely delivery within budget and quality standards. Responsibilities include coordinating with contractors, supervising the project timeline, managing logistics, handling inspections, and ensuring compliance with specifications and regulations.
Qualifications Strong expertise in Project Management, including planning, execution, and monitoring Experience in Expediting and acting as an Expeditor to ensure the timely procurement and delivery of materials Proficiency in Inspection and quality assurance processes Skills in Logistics Management to handle the supply chain and transportation effectively Strong leadership and organizational skills with a focus on meeting deadlines Effective communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills Familiarity with local regulations and real estate industry standards, particularly in Egypt, is a strong advantage Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
