Job Summar We are looking for a Senior Sales Specialist to drive student enrollments and revenue growth by managing leads, conducting consultative sales discussions, and guiding potential learners toward the most suitable training programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in course sales and a passion for helping individuals achieve their career goals.
Key Responsibilities Manage and nurture assigned leads throughout the entire sales cycle, from inquiry to enrollment. Conduct consultative discussions to understand students' career goals and recommend a suitable training program Maintain an accurate and up-to-date CRM pipeline with clear follow-up action Handle objections related to pricing, curriculum, and timing while demonstrating the value and ROI of the programs. Stay updated on industry trends, particularly in AI, Data Science, and emerging technologiess. Achieve and exceed monthly and bi-monthly sales targetss. Build long-term relationships with students and generate referrals for the advanced programs. Collaborate with internal teams to improve conversion rates and sales performancee. Analyze sales performance and lead conversion metrics to optimize results
Qualifications Bachelor's degree1-3 years of experience in course sales, education sales, or training services sales Proven track record in achieving sales targets and closing deals Experience in consultative or solution-based selling Strong CRM management and pipeline tracking skills Ability to understand and explain technical training programs effectively Negotiation and objection-handling skills Active listening and consultative communication abilities Strong relationship-building and customer engagement skills Very Good English communication skills Has experience in selling courses or training programs for at least 3 years Preferably located near Dokki, Giza
