  • Review project drawings, specifications, BOQs, RFIs, contracts, and all related project documents.
  • Develop project mobilization plans based on scope, sequencing, and site constraints in coordination with Project Managers and Site Engineers.
  • Prepare, review, and coordinate shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, and as-built drawings.
  • Coordinate with the Procurement Department to develop and monitor procurement schedules aligned with project milestones.
  • Prepare monthly procurement plans, financial plans, and look-ahead schedules.
  • Conduct quantity take-offs and material quantity assessments to support procurement and project execution.
  • Prepare project progress reports and technical reports for management and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with site teams to resolve technical issues and ensure compliance with project specifications.
  • Monitor project progress against approved schedules and highlight potential risks or delays.
  • Maintain proper document control and ensure all project documentation is up to date.
