Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Smart Home Sales Specialist located in Sheikh Zayed, Giza, Egypt.
The Smart Home Sales Specialist will be responsible for managing customer inquiries across multiple communication channels, including phone calls, Whats App, Facebook, and Instagram. The role focuses on understanding customer needs, introducing suitable smart home solutions, following up with potential clients, and converting leads into successful sales.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and maintain continuous follow-up with prospects. The Sales Specialist will also coordinate appointments between customers and the technical team whenever site visits or technical consultations are required.
The candidate will be responsible for maintaining and updating customer records and follow-up status to ensure effective lead management and maximize conversion opportunities.
A basic interest in technology and smart home solutions is preferred. Comprehensive product and technical training will be provided to help the candidate confidently understand and present our smart home solutions.
Success in this role will be measured by achieving monthly sales targets, maintaining high customer satisfaction, and contributing to the overall growth of the business.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred. Fresh graduates and candidates with up to 2 years of experience are encouraged to apply. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Strong sales and negotiation abilities with a target-oriented mindset. Ability to manage phone calls and communicate professionally through Whats App and social media platforms. Confident and professional phone etiquette. Ability to work under sales targets and performance KPIs. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple customer inquiries and follow-ups. Professional proficiency in written and spoken English. Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn about smart home technologies. Previous experience in sales, customer service, or the technology industry is considered a plus.
