An Executive Secretary performs many administrative support, organizational Their duties and responsibilities include:

  • Answering phones and directing the calls to the correct people
  • Greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate place
  • Managing calendars for meetings.
  • Creating memos, reports and agendas as needed & writing correspondence.
  • Compiling, proofreading, and revising drafts of documents and reports.
  • Monitoring attendance and departure reports
  • organizing, arranging, and placing documents in files specific to each project.
  • Coordination between all departments
