Job Summary:We are looking for a highly skilled Dynamics CRM Technical Consultant with strong hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Dynamics CE to design, develop, and implement scalable CRM solutions. The ideal candidate should possess deep technical expertise in C#, Java Script, Dataverse, and Power Automate, along with experience in Azure integrations, PCF controls, ALM, and extending Copilot capabilities to build modern AI-driven business solutions. Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, customize, and implement solutions in Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Dynamics Customer Engagement (CE). Build and maintain customizations using C#, . NET, Java Script, plugins, custom workflows, and web resources. Develop and optimize Dataverse solutions, including entities, relationships, business rules, and security models. Design and implement Power Automate workflows to streamline and automate business processes. Develop custom user interface components using Power Apps Component Framework (PCF) Controls. Integrate Dynamics 365 with external systems and enterprise applications using Azure services, APIs, Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and Service Bus. Manage and implement Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) processes, including solution management, deployments, version control, and CI/CD pipelines. Extend and enhance Microsoft Copilot capabilities to deliver AI-driven business solutions and intelligent automation. Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues while ensuring performance, scalability, and security standards. Prepare and maintain technical documentation, design specifications, and deployment guides.
Required Skills:Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Dynamics CE. Expertise in:C# and . NET Development Java Script / Type Script Dataverse Power Automate Dynamics 365 Customization & Configuration Experience with:Azure Integrations (Azure Functions, Logic Apps, API Management, Service Bus) PCF (Power Apps Component Framework) Controls Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) CI/CD Pipelines and Azure Dev Ops Dynamics 365 APIs and Integrations Knowledge of Microsoft Copilot extensibility and AI-powered automation within Dynamics 365 environments. Strong understanding of CRM architecture, security models, and best practices. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred Qualification:Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Power Platform certifications preferred. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Familiarity with Power Platform tools including Power Apps and Power BI is an advantage.
