Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Specialist role based in Markaz Sohag. The Sales Specialist will identify and engage prospective customers, present Met Life’s insurance and financial solutions, and guide customers through the sales process to meet their protection and savings needs. This role includes managing a sales pipeline, preparing proposals, handling inquiries, and following up to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. The Sales Specialist will collaborate with colleagues and managers to meet individual and team sales targets, participate in training and product updates, and maintain accurate records using Met Life’s systems and tools. The role also involves representing Met Life professionally in the local market, supporting marketing initiatives, and providing feedback from the field to help improve products and customer experience.
Qualifications

Strong Communication skills, including the ability to explain financial and insurance concepts clearly and build trust with diverse customers. Proven Customer Service experience, with a focus on responsiveness, empathy, and long-term relationship building. Demonstrated Sales skills, including prospecting, negotiation, closing, and achieving or exceeding sales targets. Experience or aptitude in Sales Management and Training, such as supporting team performance, sharing best practices, or mentoring peers. Relevant experience in insurance, banking, or financial services is preferred; knowledge of local market dynamics in Markaz Sohag is a plus. Comfort using CRM or sales tracking tools, and proficiency in basic office software. Ability to work on-site full time, manage time effectively, and operate with integrity in a regulated environment. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience in sales.
