Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and organize the CEO's calendar, meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other business documents.
  • Screen and prioritize emails, phone calls, and other communications.
  • Coordinate meetings, conferences, and events.
  • Prepare agendas, take meeting minutes, and track action items.
  • Arrange complex travel itineraries and logistics.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Assist with special projects, research, and reporting.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders on behalf of the CEO.
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day executive office operations.
