Key Accountabilities: • Ensure compliance with company HSE policies, procedures, and local/international regulations. • Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and hazard assessments to identify unsafe conditions. • Develop and implement risk control measures for machinery, processes, and workplace activities. • Monitor and enforce Permit to Work (PTW) system for hot works, confined space, and other critical activities. • Lead incident investigations, identify root causes, and recommend corrective/preventive actions. • Deliver HSE inductions and trainings for employees, contractors, and visitors. • Support line management in implementing safe systems of work and emergency preparedness. • Participate in fire drills, emergency exercises, and evacuation planning. • Maintain up-to-date records of inspections, incidents, trainings, and certifications. • Promote a strong safety culture across all departments.
Qualification & Education • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) within industrial or manufacturing plants. • Proven background in risk assessment, hazard identification, and control implementation. • Experience in safety audits, inspections, and incident investigation. • Familiarity with ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and other international HSE standards. • Hands-on experience in implementing safety programs and training for employees at different levels.
