Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Digital Marketing Manager role based in Al Maḩallah al Kubrá. The Digital Marketing Manager will design, execute, and optimize digital campaigns to increase brand awareness, app downloads, and bookings. Daily responsibilities include managing social media channels, planning content calendars, and coordinating with design and content teams to create engaging campaigns. The role involves overseeing performance across paid and organic channels, tracking key metrics, and using web analytics to refine strategies. The Digital Marketing Manager will also develop lead generation initiatives, manage marketing budgets, collaborate with internal stakeholders, and stay current on travel and digital marketing trends relevant to the Egyptian market.
Qualifications
Strong Digital Marketing and Marketing skills, with experience planning and executing multi-channel campaigns. Proficiency in Social Media Marketing, including content planning, community management, and paid social campaigns. Experience with Lead Generation strategies and tools to drive qualified users and increase conversions. Ability to use Web Analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, app analytics) to measure performance and optimize campaigns. Proven experience in managing marketing budgets, reporting on ROI, and presenting data-driven recommendations. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is highly beneficial. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Previous experience in travel, hospitality, or consumer mobile apps is an advantage.
