Role Description This is a full-time, on-site French Speakers – Customer Service role based in Qesm 2nd 6 October. The French Customer Service Representative will handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media, ensuring timely, accurate, and polite responses in French and, when needed, in English. Daily tasks include resolving customer issues, providing product or service information, logging and updating cases in the system, and escalating complex situations to the appropriate team. The role involves following defined workflows, meeting performance and quality targets, and adhering to company policies and client-specific guidelines. The successful candidate will also collaborate with colleagues and supervisors, participate in training and coaching sessions, and contribute feedback to improve processes and the overall customer experience.
Qualifications
Strong command of French (spoken and written) and good working knowledge of English to handle international communication. Proven customer service, call center, or support experience, preferably in BPO or similar fast-paced environments. Solid communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure. Basic computer literacy, including proficiency with CRM systems, email, chat tools, and standard office applications. Ability to work full-time on-site in Qesm 2nd 6 October, with flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, or holidays as required. Attention to detail, strong time management, and reliability in meeting deadlines and performance targets. Customer-focused mindset, positive attitude, and willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and processes. High school diploma required; a university degree or relevant certifications in languages, communication, or business is an advantage. Previous experience serving international clients or working in multicultural teams is a plus.
