Job Purpose The Indirect Material Senior Procurement Engineer is responsible for managing the end-to-end procurement lifecycle for indirect materials, services, and capital expenditure requirements. The role ensures timely sourcing, supplier optimization, cost efficiency, and compliance with procurement policies while supporting operational continuity and business objectives.



Key Responsibilities Strategic Sourcing & Procurement Manage the complete procurement cycle for indirect materials, services, and CAPEX requirements. Develop and implement sourcing strategies for assigned procurement categories. Conduct market analysis and supplier benchmarking to identify competitive sourcing opportunities. Lead RFQs, RFPs, tenders, and supplier evaluation processes. Identify and implement cost reduction and value engineering initiatives. Ensure procurement activities align with business objectives and operational requirements. Support annual procurement planning and category management activitie

Indirect Materials & Services Procurement Manage procurement activities related to:MRO (Maintenance, Repair & Operations) materials. Industrial consumables. Safety and PPE requirements. Supplier Management Develop and maintain strong relationships with approved suppliers. Conduct supplier qualification, evaluation, and performance assessments. Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with Engineering, Maintenance, Production, Finance, HR, IT, Administration, and Supply Chain teams. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Professional certifications such as CPSM, CSCP, CIPS, or PMP are considered a strong
advantage.
Experience5–8 years of experience in Procurement or Strategic Sourcing. Minimum 3 years managing indirect procurement categories. Experience within manufacturing, industrial, engineering, construction materials, FMCG, or multinational organizations is highly preferred. Proven experience in supplier negotiations and contract management. Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP, or Microsof
