Job Purpose The Indirect Material Senior Procurement Engineer is responsible for managing the end-to-end procurement lifecycle for indirect materials, services, and capital expenditure requirements. The role ensures timely sourcing, supplier optimization, cost efficiency, and compliance with procurement policies while supporting operational continuity and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities Strategic Sourcing & Procurement Manage the complete procurement cycle for indirect materials, services, and CAPEX requirements. Develop and implement sourcing strategies for assigned procurement categories. Conduct market analysis and supplier benchmarking to identify competitive sourcing opportunities. Lead RFQs, RFPs, tenders, and supplier evaluation processes. Identify and implement cost reduction and value engineering initiatives. Experience5–8 years of experience in Procurement or Strategic Sourcing. Minimum 3 years managing indirect procurement categories. Experience within manufacturing, industrial, engineering, construction materials, FMCG, or multinational organizations is highly preferred. Proven experience in supplier negotiations and contract management. Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP, or Microsof
