Job Summary:We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Sales Executive to join our Study Abroad team. The successful candidate will be responsible for counseling prospective students, generating enrollments, achieving sales targets, and guiding students throughout their international education journey. The ideal candidate should have experience in the study abroad, overseas education, or student recruitment industry and possess strong sales and relationship-building skills.
Key Responsibilities:Generate and convert leads into enrolled students for international education programs. Conduct consultations with prospective students and parents regarding study destinations, universities, courses, admission requirements, and visa processes. Build and maintain strong relationships with students throughout the enrollment cycle. Achieve monthly and annual enrollment and revenue targets. Follow up with inquiries through phone calls, emails, Whats App, and in-person meetings. Maintain accurate records of student interactions and sales activities in the CRM system. Collaborate with university partners and internal teams to ensure smooth application processing. Participate in education fairs, webinars, seminars, and promotional events. Stay updated on university admissions, scholarship opportunities, visa regulations, and market trends. Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management. Mentor and support junior sales executives when required.
Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or a related field.1–5 years of experience in sales within the Study Abroad, Overseas Education Consultancy, International Student Recruitment, or Education Services industry. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Strong knowledge of major study destinations such as the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, Europe, and New Zealand. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Experience using CRM systems and sales tracking tools. Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving and customer service skills. Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:Experience working with international universities or education consultancies. Knowledge of student visa and application processes. Existing network within the education and student recruitment sector. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):Student enrollments achieved. Revenue generated. Lead conversion rate. Student satisfaction and retention. Application completion and visa success rates.
