In this role, you won’t just be handling calls…You’ll be helping someone take a step toward a spiritual journey they may have waited a lifetime for.

Role Overview:Handle inbound & outbound calls with potential & existing clients Present Hajj & Umrah packages clearly and confidently Understand customer needs and recommend suitable options Support clients through the booking journey until confirmation Follow up on leads and maintain CRM records Coordinate with operations & customer service teams
???? We think you’ll enjoy this if you:Naturally connect with people and make them feel comfortable Can explain and guide in a clear, supportive way Are organized and can manage multiple conversations Are fluent in Arabic & English Have 0–2 years of experience (fresh grads welcome)
