Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive preventive and corrective maintenance programs for all equipment and facilities.
• Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of complex mechanical and electrical systems.
• Monitor OEE, MTBF, and MTTR KPIs; drive continuous improvement across all maintenance metrics
• Manage budgets, resources, and schedules effectively to optimize operational costs and efficiency.
• Implement and enforce stringent safety protocols and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with Procurement department to Manage relationships with OEM suppliers, spare parts vendors, and third-party service contractors
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging data and best practices to enhance asset reliability and uptime.
• Identify, justify, and manage Capex projects as a technical advisor — from ROI analysis and business case development through vendor selection, tendering, and commissioning
• Collaborate cross-functionally with operations and engineering teams to support production goals and project timelines.
• Conduct root cause analysis for equipment failures and implement long-term solutions.
• Lead and manage a team of maintenance professionals, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous learning.
