Lead the creation and execution of a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with the agency's and clients' business objectives.
- Understand market trends, audience needs, and digital best practices to inform content strategies.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the content team, ensuring timely delivery of projects.
- Collaborate with SEO, social media, and design teams to optimize content for all platforms.
- Oversee the development of content for various digital platforms including websites, social media, email campaigns, and more.
- Review and edit content, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and engaging delivery.
- Use analytics and data-driven insights to evaluate content performance against KPIs.
- Adjust content strategies based on performance metrics and feedback.
- Work closely with the Account Management team to understand client needs and deliver content that meets their objectives.
Desired Candidate Profile
:br>- Bachelors degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.
-strong> +4 years of Experience in Content Creation./strong>
- strong>At least one year of experience as a team lead./strong>
- Proven strong>E-Commerce Experience./strong>
- Experience with strong>Social Media Management Strategies./strong>
- strong>Has a solid knowledge with SEO./strong>
- Familiarity with strong>Content Management System (WordPress, Shopify)/strong>.
- Understanding different platforms and crafting content tailored to each platform's audience.
