Concentrix is currently seeking Customer Service Representatives to join our major global English Banking account in 6th of October city.

Key Responsibilities Deliver outstanding customer support to international clients via phone, email, or chat. Handle inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate information. Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy during all customer interactions.

Qualification English Fluency (B2+ level) Minimum of 6 months customer service experience Flexibility to work rotational shifts Bachelor's Degree holder (Graduate).
Benefits Salary: Up to 21,800 EGP Gross (including KPIs & night shift allowance) Paid training period5 working days per week (rotational 2 days off) Structured rotational shifts24/7 transportation (door-to-door service for females after 9:00 PM) Social & Medical Insurance (coverage up to 500K EGP) Exceptional career growth opportunities
