Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Specialist role based in Safaga. The Business Development Specialist will identify and qualify new business opportunities through lead generation, outreach, and follow-up with potential clients. The role involves conducting market research to assess trends, competitors, and customer needs, and using these insights to support sales strategies and proposals. The specialist will collaborate with internal teams to prepare presentations, pricing suggestions, and tailored solutions for prospective and existing clients. Daily responsibilities also include maintaining accurate records in CRM or related tools, supporting customer service handoffs to ensure a smooth client experience, and tracking performance against targets.
Qualifications
Strong Analytical Skills to assess market data, evaluate opportunities, and support data-driven decisions. Excellent Communication abilities to engage with prospects, present solutions, and collaborate effectively with internal teams. Proven experience in Lead Generation, including prospecting, qualification, and nurturing potential clients. Market Research skills to gather, interpret, and report on industry trends, customer behaviors, and competitor activities. Customer Service mindset to build long-term relationships, address inquiries, and support a positive client experience. Previous experience in business development, sales, or account management is highly beneficial. Comfort working with CRM systems and basic productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, email platforms). Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
