Role Description
This is a full-time Senior Merchandiser position based on-site in Az Zaqāzīq. The role involves overseeing the day-to-day merchandising operations, developing strategies to enhance textile product offerings, managing customer relations, and collaborating with sales and marketing teams to drive business growth. Additional responsibilities include analyzing market trends, ensuring high-quality standards, coordinating with production teams, and maintaining strong communication channels with clients and stakeholders.
Qualifications
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to manage client relationships effectively. Experience in Sales and Marketing, with a focus on meeting goals and expanding market reach. Knowledge of Retail operations, particularly in the textile industry, to align product offerings with consumer demands. Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities for market trend analysis and product development. Organizational and project management skills to oversee production coordination and ensure timely delivery. Bachelor’s degree in Textiles, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred. Experience in the textile or apparel industry, with an understanding of fabric types and quality standards, is highly desired. Proficiency in relevant software and tools used for data analysis and reporting is an advantage.
