Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Presales professional located in Al Manşūrah. The Senior Presales professional will be responsible for analyzing customer requirements, preparing and presenting technical proposals, consulting with clients, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting the sales team in securing new business. Day-to-day tasks will include conducting product demonstrations, providing technical expertise, and ensuring that customer needs are met through tailored solutions.
Qualifications
Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate customer needs and develop appropriate solutions Excellent Communication and Consulting skills to interact with clients and provide technical guidance Exceptional Customer Service skills to ensure client satisfaction and support Experience in Presales to effectively support the sales process and secure new business Ability to work on-site in Al Manşūrah Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience Experience in the electronics or IT industry is a plus
