Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Property Consultant role based in Qesm El Sheikh Zaid. The Property Consultant will guide prospective buyers and tenants through the entire property selection and closing process, including conducting property tours, explaining project features, and recommending options that meet client needs and budgets. The role includes managing inbound and outbound inquiries, maintaining regular contact with leads, preparing and presenting proposals, and supporting clients with required documentation. The Property Consultant will collaborate with the sales and marketing teams, stay current on project updates, pricing, and availability, and maintain accurate records in CRM systems. The position requires consistent on-site presence to meet clients, coordinate with internal teams, and represent the company professionally at all times.
Qualifications Strong Consulting and Real Estate skills, with the ability to understand client needs and match them to appropriate properties. Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills, including active listening, clear presentation, and professional follow-up. Proven Sales capabilities, with experience in lead conversion, negotiation, and closing deals in a target-driven environment. Familiarity with local property markets in or around Qesm El Sheikh Zaid is an advantage. Comfort using CRM tools, email, and basic office software to track leads and prepare documents. Ability to work on-site full time, including weekends or extended hours when required by client schedules. High level of integrity, professionalism, and respect for clients from diverse backgrounds. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
