Role Description The Warehouse Supervisor – Hygiene Industry will oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure safe, efficient, and accurate handling of hygiene products. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Badr City. Responsibilities include supervising warehouse staff, planning and assigning tasks, and monitoring performance to meet operational targets. The supervisor will manage inventory accuracy, coordinate shipping and receiving activities, and ensure proper storage, labeling, and rotation of materials. The role also involves maintaining compliance with safety and hygiene standards, optimizing warehouse layout and workflows, coordinating with procurement, production, and logistics teams, and preparing regular reports on stock levels, discrepancies, and operational KPIs. The supervisor will support continuous improvement initiatives and help train team members on best practices for handling hygiene products.
Qualifications
Strong supervisory skills, including team leadership, task delegation, performance monitoring, and coaching. Hands-on experience in shipping & receiving and inventory control, with the ability to maintain accurate stock records and documentation. Practical knowledge of material handling and forklift operation, with a strong focus on safety and proper equipment use. Prior experience in warehouse operations, preferably within the hygiene, FMCG, or related industry. Solid understanding of warehouse management procedures, basic ERP or WMS systems, and documentation requirements. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work on-site in Badr City and manage physical aspects of warehouse work as required. High school diploma required; a technical or logistics-related diploma or degree is an advantage. Commitment to safety, quality, and hygiene standards, with a continuous improvement mindset.
