Job description
The incumbent in this position is responsible for the cleanliness of the area as well as welcoming guests to the Health Club Area and the poolside.
- Opening and closing procedures for the health club/spa area.
- Controlling usage of sauna, solarium, fitness, and pool area.
- Maintaining a clean and organized health club/pool area environment
- Supporting the F & B Outlets in busy times
- Cleaning of the bar and service area.
- Scheduling appointments for massages, etc.
- Reporting of technical difficulties to the maintenance department.
- Controlling inventory of towels, bathrobes, and kitchen towels.
- Supporting the ordering of pool supplies.
- Cleaning of fitness equipment.
- Assisting guests with workout tools and equipment.
- Welcoming the guests to the Health Club Area and assisting with a show around/explanation of equipment
- Giving out towels and having guests sign the signature list
- Controlling in-house guests and eventual outside visitors
- Supporting the Lifeguards around the Pool Area with the setup of sun beds, services
